Working towards new concepts in the electronic sealing of goods and assets previously secured by traditional methods
This is the redesign and development of the traditional AirGuard product including the new uprated specifications. The new design will be smaller and enabled to lock both the left and right handed card doors, accommodating chiller vents when required.
AirGuard3 will use bluetooth technology allowing the automatic transfer of data into the Cumulus system and allowing both seals on double carts to be operated from one device.
The illuminated display will use liquid ink technology to eliminate electronic flicker and allow the barcode transmission to be read accurately.
Developed and designed for the security protection of cargo. This design fits all types of bespoke containers and pallets and will be supplied in two basic forms. The first a fixed mounted version for cargo containers into which the flexi-door plugs when closed. The second as an adjustable integral belt that is laced through a cargo net and pallet base before locking.
CargoGuard is a fully automatic system that integrates with the established Cumulus office support system. Clone proof seal numbers are generated and all operational events are recorded.
This product has been developed to withstand heavy use and will be airworthy certified.
The monitoring of a parked aircraft to protect them from unauthorised access is a major and expensive problem for security managers or military police. It is not possible to lock an aircraft with traditional locking mechanisms as these locks will freeze at altitude.
The PlaneGuard device is an external, rechargeable, battery powered seal adhered across the chosen access door seal by suction pads locked in place. When in position, PlaneGuard effectively locks the aircraft access door which generates and records a reference seal number which is displayed on the device screen. It indicates that it has been activated by illuminating a small green LED light. It is fitted with movement sensors which pick up any attempt to interfere or remove the device from the door. If this happens the PlaneGuard device illuminates its large red beacon LED light which is visible from 2 miles.
Specifically developed for the Logistic supply chain sector in the security of roll cages. CageGuard offers a high security electronic locking seal that tracks and traces roll cages recording all operations.
Roll cages are used by most supermarket chains to transport high value products. The current security includes plastic seals and padlocks. CageGuard now offers an effective alternative to safeguard high value cages.
Redesigned to use RFID technology and “Tag Unite”.
Two Sentinel locking seals are being developed, the first version including RFID to lock box vans and the second version including TIR for curtain sided trailers.
Both Senital versions will have similar PCB’s to AirGuard3 to keep development costs as low as possible.
Designed and developed to lock and seal medical and catering knife cabinets.
DataLock monitors access to these cabinets and passes the responsibility for the control of stock between rotating staff shift patterns.
